Temple Street Children’s University Hospital will not be organising Tour de Picnic 2012.Since its establishment in 2010 Tour de Picnic has raised over half a million euro to help save and improve the lives of sick children in Temple Street. We are proud to have been there from the inception of this wonderful event and to have organised this for the past two years. We are also extremely grateful to all our wonderful supporters whose hard work, commitment and sheer enthusiasm has helped make a real and long term difference to our very special hospital filling the walls with vital life saving equipment.
Your support of Temple Street is so much bigger than making a donation or fundraising, every time you help us, you help the children we care for bringing hope to them and their families. Did you know that for every euro you raised for us through Tour de Picnic almost 80 cents went directly to supporting our hospital. We cannot thank you enough for this.
We would like to say thank you to POD and 2Wheels for supporting our fundraising efforts in 2010 and 2011, we have enjoyed our partnership and wish them both great success.
